I am looking for a professional yoga teacher in Lohegaon, Pune to conduct home training sessions for me. As a female student aged between 22 and 50 years, I am keen to start classes immediately to improve my immunity, increase my energy levels, and get relief from body pains. My goals also include weight loss, achieving better flexibility, and effective stress relief. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet and am open to expert guidance. I am comfortable with the tutor visiting my home, or I am willing to travel to a nearby location for sessions.
