I am looking for a dedicated and experienced Yoga instructor to visit my home in Mahadev Wadi, Pune, for regular training sessions. As a male student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, my goal is to improve my overall wellness. Specifically, I am interested in focusing on improved immunity, increased energy, general fitness, better flexibility, weight loss, stress relief, and finding a remedy for body pains. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and would appreciate guidance from a professional to determine what works best for my needs.
