Since I am in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I need someone who can curate a session that balances flexibility and strength. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and would appreciate expert guidance to determine what works best for my body. I live in Bhukum, Mulshi and am looking to start my yoga classes immediately. I am comfortable with training at my home, or I am also willing to travel to your studio if it is nearby.
