I am a male student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old and wish to focus on both deep meditative practices and improving my physical flexibility. Since I am located in Gurgaon HO, Gurgaon, I am flexible with the learning arrangement and am willing to travel to a trainer or have a session conducted at my home.
