Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my 2 to 5 year old son is my top priority. I am searching for an experienced instructor to conduct Patanjali Yoga sessions through online classes to assist with his weight loss journey and overall well-being. Since we reside in Sector 7 New Colony, Gurgaon, remote learning is the most convenient option to fit into our schedule. It is important that the sessions are tailored for a toddler and lead to a certification of completion once the training is finished. I am ready to start these sessions immediately and would appreciate finding a patient mentor who can guide a young child through these exercises.
