I am currently seeking a professional yoga instructor to help him achieve general fitness through regular sessions. Since he is just starting out, we are not sure about a specific yoga style yet and would appreciate expert guidance to help him learn the basics effectively. I prefer to have classes at my home in Sector 7 Gurgaon, though I am also willing to travel to a nearby center if required. We are eager to begin these classes immediately to keep him active and healthy.
