Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness is my priority for my young daughter aged between 5 and 13 years old. I am seeking a dedicated yoga instructor who can provide sessions focusing on general fitness and yoga philosophy or yoga sutra studies. Since she is in the early stages of learning, I am open to guidance on the best yoga style for her needs. We are based in Gurgaon HO and I am comfortable with either home visits or traveling for classes to facilitate her learning.
