Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my daughter aged 5-13 is currently my top priority. I am seeking a dedicated yoga instructor to conduct sessions in Sector 57 Gurgaon to help her achieve general fitness. While I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I would value a teacher who can guide her through the basics effectively. My preference is flexible as I am open to sessions at my home, traveling to a studio, or joining online classes to fit our schedule.
