I am a female student aged between 14 and 21 years old currently residing in IMT Manesar Sector 7, Gurgaon and am seeking a dedicated yoga instructor. My primary goals include finding a remedy for body pains, achieving general fitness, weight loss, stress relief, increased energy levels, and improved immunity. While I am not yet sure about the specific yoga style that would suit me best, I am open to expert guidance to build a routine that works.
