Since I am a male in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am focused on improving my general fitness through regular practice. Although I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style, I am eager to learn under expert guidance. My preferred arrangement is to have sessions at my home in Sector 49, Gurgaon, though I am also willing to travel for the right training. I am planning to start these classes immediately to keep up with my health goals.
