As a female student above 50 years, I am searching for a qualified instructor to guide me through General Fitness sessions in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. I am quite flexible regarding the mode of training and am comfortable with Online classes, attending sessions at my home, or traveling to a nearby center if needed. While I am not sure about a specific Yoga Style yet, I hope to start my practice within a month.
