Seeking Experienced Yoga Instructor for Home Classes in R.A Puram Chennai

Yoga Trainers Vacancy

I am actively looking for a skilled yoga instructor to conduct private sessions at my home in R.A Puram, Chennai. Being above 50 years of age, I am specifically interested in improving my general fitness and gaining better flexibility. Since I am currently not sure about the best yoga style for my needs, I am hoping to find a professional who can assess my requirements and guide me accordingly. I am planning to start these yoga classes within a month and would appreciate a personalized approach that caters to a male student in this age group. If you are an experienced trainer comfortable with home visits, please contact me to discuss your availability and teaching methods.
