I am looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to conduct private sessions for a young student aged 5 to 13 years old. My primary goal is to find a teacher who can focus on increasing energy levels, improving overall fitness, and boosting immunity through regular practice. Since I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I would value a professional who can assess the needs of the student and guide her accordingly. These classes will be held at my home in Egmore, Chennai. I am eager to begin these lessons immediately and would love to connect with someone who has experience working with children.
