I am looking for a professional and dedicated yoga instructor to conduct personal sessions at my home in Nungambakkam Chennai. As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am focused on achieving specific health goals including weight loss, general fitness, and effective stress relief. Although I am not sure about a preferred yoga style yet, I am looking for someone who can guide me through a routine tailored to these needs. I am ready to start these yoga classes immediately and would prefer someone experienced who can visit me at my location.
