To build confidence in this subject, I am seeking a dedicated yoga instructor to conduct online classes for a 5 to 13 years old male student. The primary focus of these sessions is to help him improve immunity through the practice of Bikram Yoga. Because he is young and energetic, a patient trainer who can keep him engaged is essential. I also have a specific requirement that the trainer assists in the process so he can eventually become a certified yoga instructor. I am based in Kunnavakkam, Chengalpattu, and I intend to start these sessions within a month.
