I am actively looking for a skilled and experienced Ashtanga Yoga instructor to conduct sessions for me in Chettipunniyam, Chengalpattu. As a male student in the 14 to 21 years old age group, my primary purpose for starting these yoga classes is to experience increased energy levels throughout the day. I am flexible with the location and am willing to travel to your place or have you visit my home. It is mandatory that you provide a certification of completion upon finishing the course. I am planning to start these yoga classes immediately and would like to find someone who can guide me effectively in the Ashtanga style.
