My primary goal is to improve my flexibility through dedicated Iyengar Yoga practice. Since I fall into the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I need someone who can tailor the sessions to my specific physical needs as a male student. I am flexible with the arrangement and am willing to learn via online classes or meet at my home. It is very important that you can provide a certification of completion upon finishing the course.
