Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my son is a top priority. He is currently in the 5 to 13 years old age group and suffers from persistent body pains that we hope to address through yoga. We are looking for an instructor to provide Patanjali Yoga sessions through online classes to help manage these physical discomforts effectively. We plan to start these sessions within a month and specifically require a certification of completion at the end of the program.
