Developing a strong foundation in wellness is a priority for my young son as we search for a dedicated instructor to provide Kundalini Yoga sessions. We are based in Skuast, Srinagar and prefer online classes to help him improve immunity through guided practice. The student is a male in the 5 to 13 years old age group. It is important that the sessions are engaging and structured for his age. We have an immediate requirement to start these lessons and would appreciate a certification of completion at the end of the course to track his progress.
