Developing a strong foundation in music is my priority as I search for an instructor to teach my child who is below 10 yrs old. We are based in Negombo, Sri Lanka and are specifically seeking online classes to help my child learn basics of playing a guitar. Since my child is interested in exploring Indian classical music styles on an electric guitar, we require a tutor who is comfortable with this unique combination. We do not currently have an instrument, so we would appreciate guidance on the right purchase. We are planning to start guitar classes within a month and are looking for group classes to make the learning experience more interactive and fun.
