Developing a strong foundation in music is my goal for my child who is below 10 years old. We are based in Kalutara, Sri Lanka, and would like to start immediately with online classes to learn basics of playing a guitar. My child already has a guitar, so we are ready to begin lessons right away. We are particularly interested in the acoustic guitar with a focus on the country folk genre. We prefer group classes to keep the learning experience interactive and engaging. Finding a patient instructor who can guide a young beginner through these fundamentals is our priority.
