Seeking Private Classical Violin Tutor for Online Classes in Jaffna

I am looking for an experienced teacher to start private classical violin classes for me as soon as possible. Since I am below 10 years old, I need a patient tutor who can guide a beginner through these online classes. I do not currently own an instrument, so I would appreciate guidance on selecting the right one to purchase before we begin. My goal is to learn the basics of the violin in a one on one setting where I can get individual attention and support. I am ready to start immediately and am looking for someone based in or able to teach remotely to Jaffna, Sri Lanka.
