I am looking for a dedicated and patient yoga instructor to provide sessions for my child who is in the 5 to 13 years old age group. As a male student, he is eager to get started with a professional who can help him achieve increased energy, stress relief, improved immunity, and weight loss. I am not currently sure about the preferred yoga style, so I am looking for someone who can assess his needs and design a suitable plan. I would like the sessions to be conducted at my home in Sector 99, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. I am hoping to start these yoga classes immediately.
