As a female student above 50 years of age, I am interested in focusing on general fitness to improve my overall health and wellness. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and would appreciate guidance from a qualified tutor to determine what works best for my needs. I am planning to start these yoga classes immediately and would like to find someone who is comfortable conducting sessions at my residence.
