I am looking for a yoga teacher in Hinjewadi, Pune to provide training at my home, though I am also willing to travel for the classes. I am a male student aged between 22 and 50 years old seeking instruction that covers yoga philosophy and yoga sutra studies. My goals include improving my overall immunity, flexibility, and energy levels, alongside finding a remedy for body pains and achieving better stress relief and general fitness. I am not sure about a specific yoga style and am looking to begin these classes immediately. Please let me know if you are available to help me with my practice and reach these health objectives.
