I am a female student aged between 22 and 50 years old, and I am ready to start my classes immediately. My primary focus includes weight loss, stress relief, improving immunity, increasing energy levels, and building better flexibility. Additionally, I am interested in yoga philosophy and yoga sutra studies, as well as finding remedies for body pains.
