I am currently looking for a professional and experienced yoga instructor to help me improve my overall physical health and wellness. My main purpose for these yoga classes is General Fitness, as I am hoping to build strength and flexibility. I am a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old and I am ready to start immediately. Regarding the preferred location, I am open to taking sessions at my home in Mundhwa, Pune, or I am willing to travel to your studio or location if that works better for you. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet and would appreciate your guidance in selecting the right approach for my fitness goals.
