As a female student between 22 and 50 years old, I am focused on achieving general fitness, improving my immunity, and gaining better flexibility. My goals also include finding a remedy for body pains, exploring yoga philosophy and yoga sutra studies, along with weight loss, stress relief, and increased energy. Since I am not sure about a specific preferred yoga style, I am looking for a tutor who can design a balanced program tailored to my needs.
