I am looking for a dedicated and professional yoga instructor to help me achieve my wellness goals. I am currently based in Manjari Budruk Pune and am interested in a mix of My Home and online classes to fit my schedule. My main purpose for starting these sessions is to focus on increased energy, better flexibility, weight loss, and overall general fitness. As a female student in the 22- 50 years old age group, I am open to exploring different techniques since I am not sure about a preferred yoga style yet.
