I am looking for an experienced and professional yoga instructor to conduct private sessions at my home in Kalyani Nagar Prathamesh Society Pune. I am a male student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old and I am ready to start my training immediately. My primary goal for these sessions is to find a remedy for body pains and achieve stress relief while also focusing on increased energy, improved immunity, weight loss, and general fitness. Although I am not sure about the specific yoga style yet, I am looking for someone who can guide me through a structured routine. I am willing to travel if necessary for the right mentor.
