I am looking for an experienced and professional yoga instructor to conduct private sessions at my home in Magarpatta City Pune. Since I am in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking a practitioner who can provide a comprehensive training program. My goal is to work on stress relief, weight loss, and general fitness while also addressing body pains and improving flexibility and immunity. I am not sure about the preferred yoga style yet, so I am open to your expert guidance to increase my energy levels. I am eager to start yoga classes immediately.
