I am currently looking for an experienced yoga instructor to help me improve my general fitness through regular practice. Since I am in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking a trainer who can design sessions suitable for my specific needs. Although I am not sure about the preferred yoga style yet, I am open to suggestions from a professional who understands how to build a strong foundation. I am flexible with the delivery of the service, as I am comfortable with both online classes or sessions at my home in Viman Nagar, Pune.
