I am looking for an experienced yoga instructor to help me achieve my general fitness goals. Since I am in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I want a professional who can design a balanced routine that suits my needs. While I am not sure yet about the specific yoga style I prefer, I am open to guidance from a skilled trainer. I am looking to start these yoga classes immediately. I am comfortable with having a trainer visit my home in Magarpatta City, Hadapsar, Pune, or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary.
