As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am motivated to start my practice immediately and want to focus on overall well-being. Although I am not sure about the specific yoga style I want to pursue, I am open to suggestions from a qualified trainer who can guide me effectively. I am flexible regarding the venue, as I am willing to travel or host the sessions at my home in Hadapsar, Pune.
