I am looking for an experienced yoga instructor to help me improve my overall health and wellness. My main goal for these yoga classes is to increase my daily energy levels, boost my immunity, and work on general fitness. I fall into the age group of 22 to 50 years old and I am a male student ready to begin this journey immediately. I am flexible regarding the preferred yoga style as I am looking for guidance on what would work best for me. Regarding the location, I am happy to have the trainer come to my home in Viman Nagar, Pune or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if required.
