I am looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to guide me in my fitness journey. As a male student aged above 50 years, I am currently focusing on general fitness and weight loss to improve my overall health. Since I am not sure about a specific style, I am looking for a tutor who can design a program that is safe and effective for my age group. I am based in Vidyanagar, Pune and I am flexible with the location as I am willing to travel to your place or have you visit my home.
