I am looking for a professional and experienced yoga instructor to conduct online classes for my personal fitness journey. I am specifically interested in practicing Ashtanga Yoga to achieve my goals for general fitness. Since I am looking for someone to guide me through these sessions, I would prefer a trainer who is comfortable working with the age group of 22 to 50 years old. As I am based in Nigdi, Pune, I have chosen online classes as the preferred delivery mode for my practice. I am highly motivated and plan to start yoga classes immediately.
