I am looking for a dedicated and experienced instructor to help me get started with Yoga Meditation in Pune. My primary goal for these sessions is to improve my overall flexibility and mindfulness. Since I am in the 22 to 50 years old age group and currently exploring my options, I am quite flexible regarding the format of the sessions. I am comfortable with Online classes, attending sessions at my home, or even traveling to a nearby studio if it is located around Sinhgad Road. As a female student, I am looking for a professional who can tailor the practice to my specific needs and help me progress at a comfortable pace.
