I am looking for a professional and dedicated yoga instructor to conduct sessions at my home in Chinchwad, Pune. As I am currently in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am specifically seeking guidance to improve my overall immunity, find a remedy for body pains, achieve stress relief, manage weight loss, and work on better flexibility. Since I am not sure about a preferred yoga style, I am open to suggestions from an expert who can curate a plan based on my needs. I am a female student and I am ready to start these yoga classes immediately. I am also willing to travel if the location is convenient.
