I am looking for a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor to conduct personal sessions for me in Viman Nagar, Pune. As I am a male student above 50 years of age, I need a trainer who understands the specific physical requirements for my age group. My main goals for these classes are stress relief, better flexibility, general fitness, improving immunity, increased energy, and weight loss. I am not sure yet about the preferred yoga style and would appreciate guidance from a professional to find what suits me best.
