I am looking for a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor to help me improve my overall health and wellness. As a woman above 50 years, my main goal is to focus on improving my immunity, increasing my daily energy levels, and achieving better flexibility. I am currently not sure about the specific yoga style to follow and would appreciate professional guidance to determine what works best for my needs. I reside in Dhayari, Pune and I am comfortable with either having classes at my home or traveling to your studio. I am looking to start these yoga classes immediately and would love to find someone who can cater to my specific fitness level.
