I am looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor in Ravet Ganesh Nagar, Pimpri-Chinchwad to guide me through Yoga Meditation sessions. Being above 50 years of age, I am specifically looking for a professional who can help me with stress relief, increased energy, improving my immunity, and overall general fitness. I am comfortable with online classes, but I am also happy to travel to your studio or have you visit my home if that works better. I am looking to start immediately and would appreciate someone who understands the unique requirements for my age group.
