As a female student above 50 years of age, I am looking for professional guidance to achieve increased energy and effective stress relief. Since I am currently not sure which specific yoga style would be most beneficial for my needs, I would appreciate a tutor who can assess my requirements and suggest a personalized routine. I am flexible with the learning format and am open to sessions at my home in Shankar Kalate Nagar, Wakad, Pimpri-Chinchwad, willing to travel to a studio, or engaging in online classes.
