I am interested in enrolling him in Yoga Meditation online classes to help him improve immunity and develop healthy habits from an early age. Since we are based in Gho, Pathankot, virtual sessions are the most convenient way to manage his routine. It is important that the sessions are engaging and specifically designed for his age group. I am also looking for a trainer who can provide a certification of completion at the end of the course.
