I am looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to help me with general fitness training in Pathankot. As a male student aged above 50 years, I want to improve my overall health and flexibility through professional guidance. While I am not sure about the specific yoga style to pursue, I am open to suggestions from a qualified teacher who understands the physical needs of my age group. I live at 10 Mission Dalhousie Link Rd, Pathankot, and I am willing to travel to a nearby studio or have someone come to my home for sessions.
