I am looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to help my 2 to 5 years-old daughter with yoga classes in Sodepur, North 24 Parganas. My primary goal for these sessions is to work on increased energy, improve immunity, weight loss, and general fitness for my child. Since she is in the 2- 5 years-old age group, I am looking for a teacher who has a gentle approach to fitness. I am not sure about the preferred yoga style yet and would appreciate your guidance on what works best for her age.
