My primary goal for these yoga classes is to improve immunity, weight loss, general fitness, increased energy, better flexibility, stress relief, and to serve as a remedy for body pains. Since I am not sure about the specific yoga style, I am looking for a tutor who can design a curriculum suitable for children.
