I am looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to help me with general fitness sessions. As I am a female student above 50 years of age, I need someone who can guide me through a personalized routine suitable for my health goals. I am currently not sure about the specific yoga style I want to follow and would appreciate an expert who can recommend the best approach for me. I am based in Kuvempunagar, Mysore and I am comfortable with classes at my home, or I am also willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary. I am planning to start these yoga classes immediately.
