I am looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to provide private Thai Yoga training at my home in V V Mohalla Mysore. My primary goal is to achieve stress relief through consistent practice and I am looking for someone who can guide me effectively. Since I am in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I need a trainer who understands how to tailor sessions for my specific needs. Most importantly, I have a requirement for certification as I wish to be a certified yoga instructor myself and need to learn under a qualified mentor.
