I am a female student aged between 22 and 50 years old seeking an experienced instructor to guide me through a fitness journey focused on weight loss. Since I am eager to begin immediately, I am looking for a professional who can conduct sessions at my home in Goregaon West, Mumbai, or I am perfectly willing to travel to a nearby studio if required. I am currently open to exploring various styles as I am not yet sure which approach will work best for my body.
